A guest shall agree to not transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (including advertising of non-Culpeper County services or products), promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain
letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, including religious and/or political advertisements or propaganda. A Guest shall also agree to not to upload or post, or cause to upload or post, any link, computer code, or program through which, or is designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment through which the County operates or hosts its social media websites or pages. The County of Culpeper reserves the right to block, remove, delete, filter, or restrict any material to its social media sites and pages, or discontinue the access of any guest to, at any time, without notice and for any reason in its sole discretion. And, no material posted by a guest shall be construed or treated as confidential or proprietary information by the County, and that the County you may disclose, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, or modify the contents of the guest’s materials, and use all such content for any purpose, without liability or compensation to the guest. The County may also disclose the guest’s communications and activities as it deems appropriated, including in response to lawful requests, such as the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Patriot Act requests, judicial orders, warrants or subpoenas.

PANTHERS PERFORMANCE CHEER IS BACK!!! The CCPR Cheer Performance Program is designed for those both with and without cheer experience and will aim to build upon and expand the fundamentals skills and interests in the principles of competition/showcase cheerleading.

About the team: This program includes learning two-minute competition/showcase routines that incorporates tumbling, jumping, stunting, and dancing along with competition/showcase music. The primary mission of this developmental program is to promote the expression of competition/showcase cheerleading to school aged participants and practice positive sportsmanship, teamwork, communication, and many technical cheerleading skills.

All practices will take place at the Culpeper County Sports Complex (September-October) and the Culpeper County Fieldhouse Aerobics Studio (November-January) on Monday and Thursday evenings from 5:45pm-6:45pm.

Cheerleaders will POSSIBLY perform at the following Culpeper County community events and Parks & Recreation special events:
Moonlight Halloween Candy Hunt
Culpeper Christmas Parade
End of season performance

Registration deadline: Friday, September 4, 2026
