After more than 40 years of dedicated service to the Town of Culpeper, Light & Power Director Mike Stover has announced his retirement effective July 1, 2026.

Mike’s leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have left a lasting impact on our community and the Light & Power Department. We thank him for his decades of service and wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement.
