Virginia Poverty Law Center launched VirginiaLawHelp.org, a new statewide website providing free legal information and self-help resources for Virginians facing common civil legal issues.

Designed to improve access to justice in Virginia, VirginiaLawHelp.org offers easy-to-understand, plain language information about common problems. The site provides legal information and resources, so Virginians can understand their options and take next steps. And using the "Get Legal Help" tool, you can find local legal aid organizations in your locality and learn how to apply for free or low-cost legal assistance.

Speak Up! Help Virginia Age Better!

The Virginia Center on Aging is conducting a statewide needs assessment to inform the development of the next Virginia State Plan for Aging Services, and your participation is essential. Adults age 60+, caregivers, advocates, service providers are invited to share their experiences and priorities. The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 15–20 minutes to complete. Your feedback will directly guide how Virginia supports older adults in the years ahead. The survey is open until September 25, 2026.

Speak Up! Help Virginia Age Better!

The Virginia Center on Aging (VCoA) is conducting a statewide needs assessment to inform the development of the next Virginia State Plan for Aging Services. We want to hear from: Adults age 60+, caregivers, advocates and service providers who are residents of Virginia. Individuals age 18 and older who live in Virginia are eligible to complete the survey.

Your responses to this survey are completely anonymous. The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes and is best completed all at one time. Except for a few eligibility questions, all questions are optional.

Find the survey at: https://tinyurl.com/Aging-Survey. The survey will be open until September 25, 2026.
