🌞 It's time for our June Heart of Service 💕project where YOU can make a difference! We're bringing a little sunshine into the lives of kids this month with your help!

It's as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Purchase activity-based items for kids. Some ideas: bubbles, sidewalk chalk, frisbee, puzzles, art kits.
2. Pack all of your items into a large ziploc bag.
3. Drop off your bag(s) at either location to brighten a child's day!

This is a great way to let kids feel the love this summer during break! We'll be accepting Summer Break Sunshine 🌞 Bags throughout the month of June.

It looks like individuals gaining the skills and confidence to achieve their goals:

• Improving English proficiency
• Creating a household budget

• Planning for a stronger financial future

At The Place, these programs do more than teach lessons; they open doors to opportunity, independence, and long-term success.

We are excited to share the comprehensive Dawson County Summer Nutrition Program being offered through a partnership between the Dawson County School System Board of Education and to help ensure local children and families have access to nutritious meals throughout the summer months.

This program includes:
• Free breakfast and lunch meal sites
• Weekend meal distributions
• Mobile food pantry opportunities

We encourage families, community partners, churches, and local organizations to help spread the word so that every child and family who may benefit is aware of these resources.

2. Pack all items into a gift bag
