🌟 Great leaders don’t just inspire change. They lead by example.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Freddie Lopez, our Volunteer & Education Director, as he receives the Leadership in Community Service Award! 🏆💙

Freddie represents what true leadership looks like: compassion, integrity, dedication, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow.

As a mentor, friend, husband, father, and community advocate, he inspires those around him to lead with empathy, serve with purpose, and make a meaningful difference.

His impact goes far beyond his role at United Way. It’s reflected in the people he encourages, the connections he builds, and the community he helps strengthen every day.

đź’™ Join us in congratulating Freddie and celebrating a leader who reminds us that the greatest impact begins with how we show up for others.

đź’™ Sometimes changing a child's future starts with one person choosing to show up.

We're grateful for partners like Hall-Dawson CASA, whose volunteers advocate for children experiencing abuse or neglect and help ensure every child has a voice. 🤝

Mental health is part of overall health.

On World Mental Health Day, we're reminded that asking for help, checking in on a friend, or simply listening can make a meaningful difference. 🤝

Together, we can build a community where compassion, understanding, and support are always within reach, you don't have to navigate challenges alone. đź’™

✨ Sometimes, all it takes is one experience to inspire what comes next.

Career Camp 2026 gave local students the opportunity to explore new possibilities, discover different career paths, ask questions, and begin imagining where their own talents and dreams could take them. đź’™
To every partner who opened their doors, shared their time and expertise, and invested in our future generations: thank you. Your willingness to inspire today can help shape the leaders, innovators, and changemakers of tomorrow.
Together, we’re not just showing young people what’s possible—we’re helping them believe it’s possible for them. 🌟
