It's been a wonderful summer reading program together! And now it is time to wrap things up. For those who signed up for Summer Reading and participated in any way, we are having an ice cream party on August 15th at 2pm at Daydrinkers Cafe. This wonderful event is brought to you by Daydrinkers and Cozy's Pizza.

We were so lucky this summer to have such great partnerships! Make sure to tell Oak Heart Foundation thank you for the events they helped us host. Visit Exploration Place and the Kansas State Fair with your tickets and let them know how much you appreciate their involvement! And of course, let Cozy's and Daydrinkers know how special they are to this community and to this library! Finally, she told me I didn't need to, but Molly Morgan is also a wonderful supporter of the Summer Reading Program. Thank you.

Late to post, but we had a wonderfully Taylor-filled week last week! She did an excellent job making nutrition engaging and fun! I've seen a shift in thinking in my own house regarding snacks and fueling our bodies. So thankful for her sharing heart.

This week at the library!

Monday evening at 6:30, our rescheduled adult class can come see what Taylor has to share about nutrition myths.

Tuesday morning at 10, kids can learn about healthy snacking.

Thursday morning at 10, STEM with Miss Debi.

Tuesday, story time at 10am.

Wednesday, tea party at 3pm. Fancy dress encouraged. Brought to you in partnership with the Oak Heart Foundation.

Thursday, STEM at 10 am. The KState extension office kids may be done for the summer, so now it’s my turn. We will still have STEM this Thursday morning.

And, it is not a library event, but don’t forget to check out the Kids Market this Saturday.

What a week! See you all around somewhere 😊
