We are a small fire protection district spanning 322 square miles in NW Ferry County and NE Okanogan County in Washington State.

Our mission is the protection of life, property and resources within our district.

Ferry/Okanogan FPD #14 will be conducting a training exercise off North Fork St. Peter’s Creek Road in Malo from 6:30 PM on Thursday, July 9th. Several fire trucks will be in the area. No actual fire will be used. The patience of local residents is appreciated.

Come hungry to the 2026 Curlew Fire & EMS Pancake Breakfast!

Saturday, June 20 from 7:30-11:00am. Plenty of time to let our all you can eat breakfast settle before the parade and other events at Barrel Derby! Support your local, all-volunteer fire & ambulance services and get your fill of pancakes, eggs, sausage, ham & biscuits & gravy. Scott Bros coffee too!!

Good Afternoon!

From 17:30 to 19:00 this evening (that's 5:30-7:00pm for you non-military time folks), Curlew Fire will be conducting training that will block Ferry Street at the Pope and Talbot yard. Access between downtown Curlew and Boulder Creek Road will be open via River Street.

Apologies for any inconvenience; training keeps us more able to better serve you. Stay cool out there!

Ferry/Okanogan FPD #14 (Curlew Fire) will be conducting a live action training exercise above Malo on Thursday, April 9th, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. The exercise will take place on private property. Units engaged in the exercise will not use emergency vehicle lights or sirens. No actual burning will be conducted.
