We were honored to help es**rt the Remembering Our Fallen Tribute Display into Slayton on Tuesday, August 11th. We also took part in the Slayton Prairie Days Parade yesterday with rig #512.

On behalf of the Currie Fire Department, we would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our 4th Annual Fun Run event.

Thank you to the local bars that allowed us to stop with our large groups. Without you guys, this would not be possible.
We also want to thank all of the businesses that gave donations so this event could take place. Congratulations to the winners of the donations that were given.

Congratulations to the Raffle Ticket winners as well! A member of the Currie Fire Department will be reaching out to the winners, if they haven’t done so already.

Next up on our schedule, 4th of July Fireworks Display in Currie on July 4th, at dusk.

Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there!

We want to extend a sincere thank you for all those that stopped by for our Father’s Day Pancake feed!

Thank you to those who gave a free will donation and/or purchased raffle tickets. Raffle winners will be announced next weekend!

Next up on the calendar, our annual Fun Run, next Saturday (6/27). Registration begins at Roosters at 11 am.
