Many Thanks to everyone who made it to the 17th Annual Meinke Marina Rib-Off this past Weekend! And much gratitude to 2025's 7 contestants! We appreciate how hard you all work to make this happen. What a great, fun, and delicious day it turned out to be! All the ribs were fantastic, it was difficult to pick the best.

We made more Pigs-In-A-Blanket for the West Sister Charter Boat Association's Annual fishing tournament this weekend! We will have them for sale at the office starting at noon today (8/7/25) and tomorrow (8/8/25). 2 for $9.50

Don't forgot to stop out for the Rib-Off on Saturday, (8/9/25) Noon until 5:00pm. Stop at the office first to pick up your map and ballot!

Hi All! Our Annual Hog Roast/Anniversary Celebration is quickly approaching!!

Festivities begin on Friday, August 22nd with the Pre-Roast Party. The Tiki Bar Opens at 2pm! There will be a Food Truck (Shaver's Sizzlin' Shack) on site to satisfy your appetite while the Hog begins to Roast! Acoustic Duo Ryan & Olivia will be on Stage 7pm-10pm!

Saturday, August 23 the Hog will be cooked to perfection and ready to serve by 2pm. Kyle White performs 2:00-5:00pm, Zak Shaffer 5:30-8:30pm, and Kindred Soul 9:00pm-Midnight.

Everyone is welcome to help us celebrate 46 years of Marina Life! All proceeds from this event benefit The Jerusalem Township Food Pantry and The Lake Erie Foundation.

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to everyone who attended the 22nd Annual Gulish Villa Day at Meinke Marina this weekend! It will be remembered as the first time in 22 years that we experienced a torrential downpour and heavy winds that nearly took out a couple of our tents! But you still showed up in droves and stuck it out through and after the storm! We also had a VIP guest this year, the one and only, "Burger Review Guy"! He seemed to enjoy the Gul-Burger experience! A very special "Thank You!" To all of our wonderful employees, friends, family, and volunteers who worked tirelessly through the heat and storm to make this day possible for all of us. It's a lot of work but well worth the effort to honor the memories of Bill and Jerry Gulish (founders of the Gulish Villa and creators of the ORIGINAL Gul-Burger)! We truly appreciate all of you! We hope to see everyone back for the 23rd Annual in 2026. Thanks Again!
