🚒 Big Congratulations to our 2026 Scholarship Winner! 🎓The Curtis Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce Kaedance Phelps as this year's scholarship recipient! Kaedance, the daughter of Randi and Brady Henderson, is a graduating senior from Medicine Valley High School. She has an exciting journey ahead in veterinary medicine:🐾 Starting at the Nebraska School of Technical Agriculture (Vet Tech program)🐂 Continuing undergrad at UNL🎓 Completing her Masters at Iowa State. Join us in celebrating Kaedance's hard work and ambitious future! We are honored to support the next generation of leaders in our community.

We are still working to send out thank-you notes to the people and organizations that have donated to our department. There has been such a tremendous wave of support, not only for us but for many other departments across our area.

If you are one of those who donated and have not yet received a thank you, we just want to say thank you right here and now. We are doing our best to get formal notes out to everyone, but please know that your contribution—no matter the size—is making a massive difference for our department and our neighboring departments.
