Yesterday was a fun filled and busy day for us.

Ambulance 852 started the day off with presentations at Old Town Sportsmen’s Association during their Youth Field Day event.

The crew went over bleeding control, tourniquet use, and splinting for those emergencies that happen in the wilderness. They also did a quick demonstration on immobilization using a long spine board. The kids really enjoyed the knowledge that was shared, and our crew had a blast. Huge thank you for the invite to this event and we hope to have an invite back next year.

After the crew wrapped up their presentations, they switched units, and moved on to the next event.

Ambulance 851 joined in the 2026 Mahaffey Community Fireman’s Carnival Parade, and took 1st place! Thank you Mahaffey fire department for the invitation!

Last day for the Clearfield County Fair!

Medic 852 on stand by for the Sister Hazel and Everclear concert.

It’s been a fun week of events, and we would like to thank the Clearfield County Fair for having us complete these standbys for them again this year.

RH&L EMS have been completing standbys for the track events and for emergencies in the park during the last few years.

We appreciate the opportunity to provide these services for the residents of Clearfield County and its visitors who attend this fair, and hope to continue to do so in many years to come.

That’s a wrap for 2026 Clearfield County Fair!🎡

Thank you to all who came out, even in the rain, to see us at TEDDY BEAR HOSPITAL!

We are sorry that we briefly ran out of bears, but our crews worked hard to get more and get back up and running.

We gave out 94 bears today!!

We can't wait to come back next year, with bigger and better things!

As always, thank you to Dr. Bonnie, from BK Paws & Kisses, for your inspiration for this event, and being there for all the fun.

Thank you to the Clearfield County Fair for allowing us this opportunity to have this outreach for our youth.

Thank you to Susquehanna Insurance Group LLC for all your help, and joining us at the event. We appreciate it!

This event is totally free and runs off of donations and community contributions.

Please come out and enjoy this event, and have the children play with the equipment. Our crews love it just as much as the kids!

Dr. Bonnie and one happy kid!
