Our building was built in 1939. Our Library has 3 levels and 2 elevators. The handicapped entrance is on the west side. Our Mission Statement:

Summer Reading Participants who picked up their SWIM Tickets please join the Cushing Rotary Club outside the Cushing Aquatic Center at 6:00pm for some FREE Food before entering the Cushing Aquatic Center at 6:30pm. You MUST have your SWIM Ticket to enter the Aquatic Center. Thank you for a wonderful year of participation! A Record Breaking 407 signed up for Summer Reading 2026! 🎉 💦

Attention Summer Readers: We need your Reading Logs by Friday, June 26th at 4:30pm to earn your Library Dollars and entries into our Grand Prizes for each age group.
(Adult, Teen, Lion 6-12, Cub 2-5)

Digby the dinosaur still needs 900 minutes of reading to reach our community goal of 150,000 minutes of reading. Thank you for bringing in those Reading Logs!

Enjoy a FREE fun family event as Nick Waters with American Storytellers tells a fun story "The 1930's Milkman" and then enjoy some delicious Freddy's Frozen Custard (courtesy of Freddy's) and a time of fellowship! We want to say a very special thank you to the Friends of the Cushing Public Library Inc, and Freddy's for sponsoring this event for our community!
