Today is Move It Monday! This week we will learn how to "Feed Your Fitness with Exercise Snacks"

Some days feel packed from the moment you wake up—helping kids get out the door, juggling chores, answering messages and emails, and tackling long stretches at work. By the time you look up, the idea of fitting in a full workout can feel out of reach. Enter: exercise snacks.

If long workouts are hard to squeeze in, shorter bursts of movement can help you keep moving. A few minutes here and there can help your heart, your muscles, and your mood. Short, 1–5 minute bouts of activity done a couple of times a day have been shown to support heart and lung health, even in people who aren’t very active. Every small effort counts.

PSA🗣️ The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office wants the community to be aware that several local churches have had their air-conditioning units vandalized, with parts stolen from the units. Deputies are checking as many churches as possible, but they are asking church members and community residents to help by checking their church property for any signs of damage or theft. If you notice damaged AC units, missing parts, or any suspicious activity at a church, please contact the Sheriff’s Office immediately. Even if you’re simply passing by a church and observe something unusual, don’t hesitate to report it.
