Spent the day with very talented people. All the Department leaders at Gaines Township along with Manager Rod Weersing attended the High Performance Team training today. Training of this nature impacts our residents positively: high functioning leaders perform with efficiency, focus, responsiveness and positive outward facing communication. We stand together in our quadrants understanding self, others and collaboratively performing many task in anticipation of growth and challenge.

It's Election Day!

Today I'm running unopposed, but I hope you've still taken time to research and vote for the many other races on your ballot. It's a big and wonderful responsibility we have as citizens of the USA!

Polls are open in Michigan until 8 p.m. tonight. If you're in line and haven't voted yet by 8:00, stay in line! You can still vote.

What's the point of voting in the Primary if I plan to vote in November?

Here in Gaines Township, the Primary election is the most important for my race! My only opponent is also running as a Republican, and only one of us will move forward to be on the ballot in November. There is no Democratic candidate, so Jenna or I will run unopposed in November. The big choice for Gaines Township Supervisor is August 6. DON'T WAIT until November to vote for me! Drop off your ballot today or head to the polls tomorrow and decide what matters to you.
