🌍💚 World Mental Health Day

Mental health matters for everyone. Today is a reminder to care for ourselves, support one another, and help create communities where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.

For Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, accessible and culturally responsive mental health services matter. Communication access is part of mental health access. 🤟💚

Let’s continue breaking the stigma and reminding each other: It’s okay to ask for support.
