Message from Superintendent Ty Harman:

Dear Cyril Schools Parents and Students,

Cyril Public Schools has been made aware of a social media post circulating on TikTok that references several Oklahoma school districts, including Cyril.

Local law enforcement is aware of the situation and is working closely with school officials. Out of an abundance of caution, there will be an increased law enforcement presence at tonight’s ballgames and on campus tomorrow.

The safety of our students, staff, and community remains our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the situation closely in coordination with law enforcement and will communicate any additional information if it becomes available.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take these precautionary measures.

The Sophomore Class donated 10 cases of Gatorade and 3 cases of water to the Cyril Fire Department. We are thankful for all the hard work they do each day to protect our town!
