Park Pavilion Structural Post Repair/Replacement – Keechi Trails
The Town of Cyril is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to repair or replace structural posts at the park pavilion located at Keechi Trails.

Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to:
Inspect existing pavilion structural posts
Repair or replace damaged or deteriorated posts as needed
Remove and properly dispose of damaged materials
Fabricate and install replacement structural components
Complete all welding, anchoring, and structural work
Perform site cleanup and restore the work area upon completion

Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit
A mandatory site visit is required prior to bid submission.
Location: Keechi Trails Park Pavilion, Town of Cyril
Bidders must verify existing conditions and project scope
Failure to attend may result in disqualification

Contractor Qualifications
Minimum experience
All welding shall be performed by a certified welder
Proof of certification required with bid

Materials & Work Standards
Contractor shall match or use the same type of structural materials currently in place, unless otherwise approved by the Town
All materials must be new and suitable for structural outdoor use
Workmanship shall meet industry standards for structural integrity and durability

Codes & Compliance
All work shall comply with the International Code Council 2018 adopted codes (as enforced by the State of Oklahoma)
Contractor is responsible for obtaining any required permits and coordinating inspections

Insurance Requirements
Contractor shall provide:
General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence minimum)
Workers’ Compensation Insurance (as required by law)
Proof of insurance required prior to contract award
