Marilyn is a 3 year old, 12 lb Bichon/Mini Poodle mix. There's nothing more that she loves than head scratches and being pet. Her favorite place is laying beside you on the couch.
Though she's shy at first, she warms up quickly. She is good on a leash and is crate trained. She has done well with house training in her foster home as well.

Marilyn is fostered with other dogs and does well with them. She isn't fond of dogs who want to be in her face all of the time, and she has not shown interest in playing with other dogs. She is fine with cats as well.

Sammi is a 7 lb Miniature Poodle who is 9 months old. She is very shy, but once you earn her trust, you will be rewarded with lots of love and snuggles. She will sit in her foster mom’s lap all day while she works from home and loves to be carried around.

While she is not high energy, Sammi does get bursts of energy where she is playful. Her foster family loves to watch her lope around their house and backyard. Squeaky toys are her favorite. She is gets along well with other dogs and while she primarily ignores cats, if they run, she does think they are trying to play. She was not socialized previously, so she is still learning what it means to be a family pet. Having another dog she can emulate would be a plus.

Collars and leashes are new to her. She has come a very long way in the time she’s been fostered in that she no longer tries to jump out of her skin when a leash is on her, but she is a long way from being able to comfortable walk and potty while on leash. Because of this, she REQUIRES a home with a secure, fenced yard, so she can safely go outside to potty. Sammi is crate trained and working on house training.

Sammi is not a match for children - sudden movements spook her (she will run away from things that make her nervous). She will thrive in a quiet home, willing to put in the time to work with her on building confidence. Sammi is as sweet as she is cute, and we can’t wait to see her blossom in the right home.

Nellie needs a home! Who do you know who needs a furry friend? 😊❤️🐾

Nellie was so sad and withdrawn when she first arrived but she has blossomed into a vibrant, happy girl. This little sweetheart came to us from a local shelter as an unclaimed stray. She was filthy and appeared to have been living outside. Nellie is just over one year old and she weighs eleven pounds. She has a long, soft coat and we think she may be part Schnauzer and part Shih Tzu. She will need regular grooming to keep her looking her best.

Nellie has a gentle demeanor and she loves to be petted. She craves the companionship of other dogs and her playful side really shows when she is in the company of other four-legged friends. Nellie doesn’t mind cats as long as they are nice to her. She will walk on a leash but having a fenced backyard to practice her zoomies would be an added bonus. Big changes coming to the city of Dacula!
An Open-Air Amphitheater: perfect for events and performances
• Multifunctional Greenspace: for recreation and community use
• New Municipal Complex: a modern facility for city operations
• Expanded Public Parking Facilities: for easy access
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027 and will be located directly across from Dacula City Hall and Maple Creek Park. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 25, 2025, marking the beginning of this exciting development '2.
Some interesting facts about the project include 3:
• Project Size: the site spans 15.203
acres
- City Hall Building: a 4-story steel frame building on concrete foundations and retaining walls
• Parking Deck: a 5-level pre-cast concrete structure

Gorgeous English Springer Spaniel needs a home! 🥺🤗❤️🐾

Eleanor is a 46 lb, 3 year old English Springer Spaniel. She is initially a tiny bit shy, but she is the sweetest girl who enjoys being pet and getting attention.

Eleanor is good with other dogs and enjoys their company. She has just started to play a little bit with her foster dog siblings, but she hasn't quite figured it out yet. She is such a sweet, loving dog.

Eleanor is crate-trained and has been house-trained in her foster home. She will go to the door to let her foster dad know she needs to go potty. She enjoys toys and will play with and chew them. She likes spending time outside with her foster dad and foster dog siblings. She would benefit from a fenced in yard because she is not used to pottying on leash.

Rumor is a 5 month old, 28 lb Standard Poodle puppy. She’s super sweet and loves pets and snuggles. She’s very friendly and enjoys adults, children, and other dogs. She likes toys and wrestling with her foster dog sister. She’s a little goofy, missing jumps onto furniture, and sometimes trying to crawl all over and kiss people who are relaxing.

She’s doing well with leash walking and she likes to stick close to her person. She does well in the crate overnight and is getting better about it when people are up and about. She has made house training progress but still has accidents as she’s still a baby. She is pretty equally motivated by food or affection and praise, which makes her a great candidate for puppy training.

It's blueberry picking time at DJ's U-Pick Blueberry Farm! 😊💙🧺🫐🫐🫐

If you want easy picking, now is your time!
We are in our peak season! I picked over a pound in less than 3 minutes this morning. They freeze beautifully, so you can have delicious berries all year! Come out and get some delicious, organic blueberries.

This sweet girl is shy at first, but with a little time and patience, she truly blossoms. She’s such a lovebug once she feels safe. 💛
