Welcome Chelsey!

Please welcome Chelsey Lawrence as our new Youth Services Specialist! Chelsey is bringing a lot of fresh ideas and energy to our youth department. As a mother and artist she is motivated to create programs to stimulate and inspire youth of all ages! We are excited to have her on our team!

Welcome Juliet! The Friends look forward to working with you.

The Lumpkin County Library is pleased to welcome Juliet Sexton as our new Branch Manager. Juliet brings several years of experience with the Chestatee Regional Library System, along with a strong background in literature, library management, and community engagement.

As a published author, she also brings a unique perspective on storytelling, creativity, and the importance of connecting readers with books. Her passion for serving the community and fostering meaningful relationships makes her an outstanding addition to our library.

We are excited to have Juliet leading our branch and look forward to the many ways she will help our library continue to grow and serve the residents of Lumpkin County.

Lumpkin County Library YS Dept. is launching our NEW Saturday Storytimes! Are you busy during the week? Or, just can’t get enough of our fun crafts and activities? Worry no longer! On the 4th Saturday of each month, join us for something new, or something you missed!
The first one is on Saturday, June 27th, @ 10:30-11:15am!
