FROM OUR CHAIRMAN:
TO ALL OF YOU who showed up to defend democracy yesterday and voted against the Socialist takeover of this Commonwealth, I most wholeheartedly extend my thanks! But you and others like you, dedicated to the preservation of our individual rights, must maintain your resolve! Your countrymen and women need you still! Though we may be disappointed by the results yesterday, this represents merely a skirmish in the beginning of a long ideological war we are facing for the soul of our state and our country. This conflict, not of our doing or instigation, has made Virginia the epicenter over the fight occurring throughout the nation.
You see it every day on the news, and in your community. The slow erosion of your basic civil liberties is occurring before you. It has become a slippery slope toward a socialist society they crave, where your parental rights are challenged to raise your child in the manner you deem fit; to exercise your Second Amendment rights to carry a firearm; and the right to speak out against social indoctrination of our children to their liberal causes and mindset, such as focusing on teaching children to question their sexual orientation instead of focusing on teaching math, science, and English. Colleges are being indoctrinated as well with their radical views that stifle debate and free thought. Woe to the student who questions their doctrine and fails to bend the knee to their political “faith.”
Steady your resolve for the coming struggles and battles that are yet to come. This is not the end. This is not even the beginning of the end – this is just the beginning of an ideological conflict against forces determined to undermine and radically change the country you know. “Dark” money flooded into the Socialists (masquerading as the democratic party) coffers that outspent Republicans 3 to 1. We need to extend the fight into the courts and into the primaries set to be heard in August for the new districts and elections to come. They want to subjugate us under their Socialist rule, to which we will never meekly submit. WE WILL NEVER SURRENDER!
We continue the FIGHT!! This is only the beginning! Stand with us as we now expand the struggle and meet new challenges head on!
