These Soldiers have completed phase one of their Split Training Option. Here is how the Split Option works: Enlist as a junior, complete Basic Combat Training over the summer, and return to school for your senior year. You'll train with your local unit one weekend a month, and after graduation, attend Advanced Individual Training. It's a great way to start serving and earn extra income while finishing school.
