🎒📚 Hutchins Unit Back-to-School Bash Was a Huge Success! 🎉🌭🍿

The Hutchins Unit is proud to recognize our Human Resources Department for hosting an incredible Back-to-School Event for our staff and their families!

It was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and fun as children enjoyed a bounce house, cooled off with snow cones, snacked on popcorn, and enjoyed hot dogs and juice. 🌭🍧🍿🥤

The highlight of the day was making sure every child was ready for a successful school year. Each child left with a backpack filled with school supplies, helping them start the new school year with confidence and excitement. 🎒✏️📓

A heartfelt thank you to our Human Resources team and everyone who helped make this event possible. Your dedication to supporting our employees and their families reflects the caring culture we strive to build here at the Hutchins Unit.

This September, Officer Andati will celebrate 13 years of service with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice—a milestone that reflects her loyalty, hard work, and passion for serving others.

Officer Andati is known for always being a true team player, consistently stepping up to support both her fellow officers and leadership. As our staff continues adapting to the new CAPPS system, she has been an invaluable resource—sharing her knowledge, answering questions, and helping both her peers and supervisors navigate the transition with patience and professionalism.

Her willingness to help, positive attitude, and commitment to the success of the entire team embody the values we strive to uphold every day.
