Homeless Veterans Services of Dallas, Inc. (HVSD) is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit, created in 2004 to assist homeless and at-risk veterans. HVSD operates and manages the Veterans Resource Center (VRC) which opened in 2012 as a "one-stop" center to assist veterans.
