DPD, please have more presence in East Dallas, we welcome it. We need it. The high speed drivers, robberies, now we’ve got armed robberies at our neighbors homes? Please catch these people.
Have you seen me?
Before this he tail gated a few other cars and cut them off using no signals. Just thought it's crazy how they ticket people for doing the exact same thing.
I wanted to ask to the agent of the unit 4240 driving on I-45 Northbound around 11am today Saturday 18 of August amd all the cops, how can you enforce the law but then you break it?? This agent was speading, tail gating and jumping from lane to lane without signals and i found that inappropriate and unsafe. He was all over the road cutting people off and using no knowledge of what a blinker is for. Cop car 4240 and i got it on camara.
Does anyone know Jim allmon badge number 1647? He was there in 1972???
On May 7, 2018, the Virginia Office of the Attorney General filed a 28-page lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Madison County Virginia, against Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers (aka SDWR, Dan Warren) after receiving over 50 complaints from victims across the country. That count is now up to 75 just a little over a month later. The scam boils down to this: SDWR uses puppies to take advantage of the disabled, specifically adults and children with Diabetes, PTSD, Autism and Seizure Disorder. What makes SDWR a scam? Warren distributes admittedly untrained dogs to individuals after they fundraise $25,000 (the current going rate) for his “charitable organization”. The fundraising mostly takes place in the communities where the family lives. If the family complains that their dog doesn’t work like it should, is sick, has a temperament problem, or is not trainable, he cuts off communication, and has gone so far as to take the dog back, and has even filed suit against his own customers because their complaints are ‘slanderous’. He has garnished wages, taken personal property, and made what should have been lifesaving, heartwarming and a relief to 100’s of families dealing with these illnesses, disorders and diseases, and left them heart broken, embarrassed, angry and wondering what recourse they have – hence the Attorney General’s lawsuit. Another aspect of the scam is how SDWR takes advantage of college students around the country. 100’s of students wanting to ‘give back’ by raising puppies for Warren in what was supposed to be an all expense paid endeavor, has never been. The students quickly find out they are responsible for everything from food to county tags to vet bills. The students are tasked with training puppies with the basics – sit, stay, come, and such, and socializing them. They rarely receive guidance and may not hear from SDWR for 18 months. Then here comes SDWR to take their dog and give it to someone with a disability. If Warren can’t find the dog immediately, (sometimes the dogs have been sent home because of college rules, or the student has relocated on campus) he will sue the student causing them to start their adult life with a black mark on their credit before they’ve made their first student loan payment. The students know that many of the dogs at the SDWR farm are not properly cared for and are not service dog trained, so they are afraid to let them return to Warren. Way too many dogs have had serious health and emotional problems, many attributed to over- and in-breeding such as dysplasia, also parasites, severe allergies, bruises, aggression, some have died. The list goes on. Read the lawsuit. To assist in perpetrating its fraud, SDWR started the “FOPP” (Fallen Officer Puppy Program). Warren, in addition to claiming “Stolen Valor” by lying to customer’s about having been a Marine, uses the names of Fallen Officers in communities where he has placed dogs, to aid in gaining the public’s trust. It is unknown if the families of these brave men and women are aware their loved one's name is associated with this exposed scam. One dog, Geer, named for Fallen Deputy Derek Geer from the Mesa County Colorado Sheriff’s Office, went to a woman with PTSD arriving bruised and with behavioral problems. Geer was on the farm for about 4 months when he was photographed by SDWR with his bruises, before sending him to his new home. By making this aspect of SDWR’s ‘business practices’ public, I hope that all law enforcement departments listed here and others around the country will decide to protect the citizens in their community from the fraud that is under review by not only the VA OAG, but the IRS as well. This list of the fallen officer’s names below, came directly from the SDWR website. It’s easy enough to verify the ‘accusations’ being made. Check the backgrounds of not only Dan Warren, the owner of SDWR, but that of his head trainer, Cheri Campbell. You will find both have been charged with multiple felonies. Dan Warren was awarded a 35-year sentence for his several prior felony Uttering convictions but was somehow pardoned by a Virginia Governor which allowed him to start his “charitable organization”. Ms. Campbell was arrested for a few felony counts involving Animal Cruelty and Crimes Against Nature when she worked for the Powatan Department of Corrections in Virginia for her part in a dog molestation incident. Shockingly, this is the truth of just some of the criminal activity in the lives of those who run Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers. Future charges are sure to come from the Attorney General’s lawsuit. http://theexaminer.com/…/n…/guardian-angel-owner-far-angelic https://www.prisonlegalnews.org/…/virginia-doc-k-9-trainin…/ https://www.oag.state.va.us/files/SDWR-complaint.pdf Dallas Police Department - Northeast Division Dallas Police Department - South Central Division Dallas Police Department - Northwest Division Dallas Police Department - Southwest Division TX – Officer Patrick Zamarripa Newark Delaware Police Department, NJ – Detective Michael Morgan, Jr. Reno Police Department, NV – Officer John C.
