Happy Saturday!

Starting March 1st 2026 we will be updating our hours of operation to better serve the neighborhood.

Our new hours will be Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

Saturday hours will remain 12pm-3pm.

We are changing our saturday hours effective today from 10a-3p to 12p-3p

If you have any packages that you need to drop off before we open at 12 please leave them next door at the cleaners and we will pick them up when we open.

Good afternoon everyone. In light of the icy roads and inclement weather Knox Street Postal Center will potentially opt to not open tomorrow ( 2/15/21). Please call ahead and verify we are in fact open before you get out on the roads.

We hope to be back on our regular operating hours on Tuesday.

For all mailbox holders please keep in mind that tomorrow is also President”s day so there is no USPS delivery.

Hello Everyone...

We just wanted to update all how the new "Stay Home,Stay Safe" mandate applies to us.

We are deemed an "Essential Business" so what this means is we will still be open and ready for anything needing postage or shipping.

We have reduced our hours to M-F 11a-4p and Sat 11a-3p.

Going forward these hours will remain in effect as long as we can maintain them.

We have had an uptick in business in the last week as people are sending care packages all over and we will continue to make sure your packages/mail get out in a timely manner.

We can offer "Curbside Service" if you do not want to come into the store.... Just call us 214-528-6655 and let us know you have left a package outside of the door for drop-off and we will retrieve it and make sure it goes out.

This service can extend to our mailbox customers as well.

At Knox Street Postal Center we take all of this very seriously and we are following all proper protocols which include frequent hand washing/sanitizing and wiping down all surfaces with bleach based wipes.

So if you need us we are here for you and above all please stay safe as we adjust to this new normal.

Hello Everyone

All of our partner carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL are continuing delivery services. As an essential part of the supply chain, we will remain open as long as we are allowed to according to civil, state, or federal requirements. While COVID-19 (Corona Virus) is making a huge impact on all our lives, we remain committed to serving the needs of our valued customers.

Our hours of business starting tomorrow March 19th 2020 and until further notice will be as follows..

M-F 11-4 and Sat 11-3

Per CDC guidelines, my store is being cleaned multiple times per day, We are also exercising frequent hand washing, Additionally, the WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is low.

Xmas has started for us early as this is out 1st large order to pack and ship.. close to 400 of these will be packed and sent out by us. So what are you waiting for?? Avoid the crowds and come by.
