Over the weekend, JFS delivered 750 Rosh Hashanah packages to members of the community as a reminder of love and support and to send messages for a sweet new year! We wouldn't have been able to distribute this record-breaking number of packages without the support of our volunteers!

Residents and staff at The Legacy Willow Bend and members from PLAN - People Living Active Now spent time on Friday packing our bags full of grape juice, apples, honey, and challah. Then, 82 volunteers sprang into action on Sunday to deliver the packages!

WE STILL HAVE ONE ROUTE LEFT TO DELIVER TOMORROW - If you're available to deliver tomorrow (September 20) from 11:15am to 1:15pm, email Kristen Jackson at [email protected]. or sign up at jfsdallas.volunteerhub.com.

Moving Forward Together.

Jewish Family Service is a trusted resource - known for our mental health and social services being professional, easily accessible, and all under one roof. We have supported more than 30,000 individuals and families in recent years, and with complex and diverse challenges, it has become increasingly clear that no problem exists in isolation.

Our 2022-2023 Annual Appeal launches this week and we have seen what good can happen when generous donors, like you, come together with a common goal, so it’s time we ask, again, for your support this year.

Please consider mailing your gift or donating online.

I'm posting here in hopes that someone who cares will return the call. I just left my 9th message in the general voicemail box.
