Su***de is never a comfortable topic to discuss. However, the incidents of youth taking their lives has become more and more prevalent. Su***de is now the 3rd leading cause of death among adolescents. With this new technological age and the rapid advancement of the world around us, it is important that we check in with our youth. Their emotional stability is just as important as everything else they have going on their lives.

What are you doing to check in with your youth?
