Neighbors Sharing Cotton Belt Information Hosted Event Come & Go Event Tuesday July 16th - Tonight 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Renner Frankford Library 8:00pm to 9:00pm at Starbucks This is a group hosted event and is not a DART event. Members of the FB group believe it is important to have a discussion about the cotton belt and cotton belt betterments outside of DART hosted meetings. We want to improve communication which appears has been lacking. Members have asked a lot of questions: we have some answers, a lot of non-answers and a ton of outstanding questions we have sent to the board and remain outstanding. Some questions since May 23, 2019. Many questions are outstanding including: 1) Has DART entered into the Interlocal Agreement which was from Section 1 of the Resolution? This is the only thing that stands between Far North Dallas and Freight Trains. 2) Did Dart incorporate the entire city of Dallas resolution for the Cotton Belt?
