Steve Aguilar brings more than two decades of experience in operations, business development, and strategic growth across the Fire & Life Safety, Security, Technology, and Electrical Distribution industries. As Operations and Business Development Manager for U.S. Products in Irving, he leads initiatives focused on operational excellence, customer service, and strengthening partnerships throughout the construction and electrical industries.

A longtime advocate of RHCA, Steve has served as an RHCA Ambassador for more than six years, helping connect contractors, industry partners, and emerging businesses to the association's network and resources. He has actively supported RHCA events, membership growth initiatives, and community outreach efforts while serving as a dedicated champion for minority-owned businesses throughout North Texas.
