Remembering 9/11, Honoring Service, and Standing for a Better Dallas
On this day, we pause to remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001. We honor the firefighters, police officers, and first responders who gave everything — many making the ultimate sacrifice to save others. Their courage is a timeless reminder of what service and duty truly mean.
This year, our reflections also carry the weight of losing Charlie Kirk, whose sudden passing has left many grieving. While his role was in the realm of ideas and public debate, his passion for engaging young Americans serves as a reminder that leadership takes many forms.
At Safer Dallas, Better Dallas, we believe the best way to honor both the fallen of 9/11 and voices lost too soon is to build a community that chooses courage over fear, service over selfishness, and unity over division.
Let us carry forward their legacies — by keeping Dallas safer, stronger, and better for generations to come.
Never Forget. 🇺🇸
