Dallas Sioux Creek Fire Department Government
Fire Department The Dallas-Sioux Creek Joint Volunteer Fire Department is made up of 19 firefighters.

Several of these firefighters are also licensed EMTs. The fire station is located in the Village of Dallas. The department serves the communities of Dallas Township, Sioux Creek Township and the Village of Dallas. Firefighters respond to structural fires, wildland fires, automobile extrications and medical first response.

Volunteer firefighters are different kind of people.

They may be mechanics, teachers, farmers, office workers, mom's, dad's, and neighbors during the day - but when the tones drop, they become the people running toward the emergency while everyone else is running away.

No matter the weather, the time, or what they have going on in their own lives, they show up however they can. Short staffed? They show up. Middle of the night? They show up. Exhausted from work? They show up.

Communities are stronger because men and women willing to answer the call. If your looking to join a local department reach out and apply or ask.

The Wisconsin DNR has suspended all burning permits for today. NO BURNING ALLOWED in DNR restricted areas. Town chairman/Fire department permission is required for all other townships.
