HELP US KEEP OCNP BEAUTIFUL! 💚

Staff and volunteers are only able to come out so many times a month to help maintain and support the preserve. We need YOUR help to keep OCNP beautiful for the people that use the trail. 🥾🚴
After a program today, Community Engagement Coordinator Daniela and TLC volunteer Bekah noticed so much trash built up at the trailhead that they grabbed a bag and gloves and picked up as much trash as they could. That’s all it takes! When people see trash in a green space, that motivates them to keep trashing it. 🚮 Help us keep OCNP beautiful for our daily visitors!

Mei Ling of Texas Conservation Alliance came out this past Saturday to Oak Cliff Nature Preserve to talk about going Lights Out for migrating birds! Did you know that the DFW metroplex is the 3rd most dangerous city for migratory birds? 🐦💡
This fall migration we invite you to turn off all non-essential lightning from 11pm-6am. Let's help our migrating friends!
