"Dallas ISD's $6.2 billion bond issue — the largest in Texas history — passed on Saturday, clearing the way for the district to build more than two dozen new schools and make much-needed upgrades to other campuses. Dallas ISD Propositions A, B, C and D each passed with more than 70% of the vote, with all voting centers reporting. The outcome never seemed to be in doubt.
