Unique to the District, Harwood International is the owner, developer, and manager of the 19-city block master-planned development. The neighborhood consists of ten office towers, ten dining destinations, and 2 residential towers. Harwood International's hospitality division, Harwood Hospitality, just welcomed its latest restaurant concept, Elephant East. The new restaurant is a contemporary, Pan-

Asian restaurant, bar, and lounge featuring a richly detailed design, stylish cocktails, sake, and soju, along with a shared plate menu experience that tells a story of heritage, life, and adventure from Bangkok to Bali. Harwood Hospitality is currently under development on four additional concepts to open later this year. Over the next two years, the group will more than double in the total number of dining experiences and is under development of an independent hotel. Harwood International is currently under development of its latest office tower, Harwood No, 14. Towering at 27 stories, Harwood No. 14 will be centrally located in the 19-city block Harwood District. The Class AA tower’s design is heavily influenced by nature, featuring a two-story lobby with monumental stairs blending indoor/outdoor features, landscaped plateaux, a finned curtainwall system that is the first in Dallas, open-air pocket gardens, and a spectacular 17,000 SF rooftop and sky garden complementing Harwood No. 10’s sky gardens just across the street.

Hôtel Swexan has partnered with Missoni to debut a high-fashion summer pool experience. From June 21st to September 30th, the iconic Italian fashion house takes over Hôtel Swexan’s rooftop pool to create the most luxury escape in Dallas this summer.

Hotel guests can expect Missoni’s signature stripes and patterns to adorn the property’s rooftop pool, with branded lounger covers and more. Additionally, Missoni will debut a custom retail cabana, showcasing the brand’s newest ready-to-wear, swimwear, and home collections. Available for hotel guests only.
