Our Story
PAL is a recreational oriented youth crime prevention program that emphasizes athletics, arts, academic and other recreational activities with the intention to encourage youth to stay away from negative lifestyle choices such as gangs, drugs, and criminal activities by offering positive, healthy experiences with law enforcement. We are building relationships. PAL brings youth under the constructive influence of police officers and other responsible adults from the community who volunteer their time to be positive role models. DONATIONS The education programs, athletic programs and other activities of the Dallas Police Athletic League are made possible only by contributions and grants from generous individuals, foundations, corporations, civic groups and government sources. Dallas PAL does not charge for any services it provides to the community. All contributions are tax deductible. The Dallas Police Youth Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, will confirm all contributions to the Dallas Police Athletic League with a letter once your donation is received. The Dallas Police Athletic League is a not-for-profit organization. "Dallas PAL has a strict privacy policy that protects our donors. In addition to secure transactions, Dallas PAL never sells, trades or makes available any donor information to other organizations or business."
