Fats, oils, and Grease (FOG) turn solid inside cold pipes. FOG builds up over time, trapping food and causing pipe blockages or raw sewage backups into your home or street.
What to do instead: Cool it, wipe it, then trash it.

Out of sight shouldn't mean out of mind! When cooking oil and grease go down the drain, they cool off and harden into massive grease chunks in the sewer lines, causing major main breaks. Keep our neighborhood clean by recycling your used oil and trash grease.
