Looking for something different to do this Halloween that’s just for the adults? We’ve got you!

Join us for this year’s Chris Howell Foundation Halloween Murder Mystery Dinner, an unforgettable night out that also helps fuel our work in the community.

To date, the Chris Howell Foundation has served more than 105,000 families and distributed more than 3 million pounds of food. Proceeds from this year’s Murder Mystery Dinner will help power our upcoming Thanksgiving Food Giveaway and Toy and Food Distribution as we continue serving families across North Texas.

But make no mistake, we’re going to have some fun while doing it.

The evening kicks off with a VIP reception, followed by dinner and an interactive murder mystery where everyone becomes part of the investigation. There will be clues, suspects, plenty of accusations and one big question to answer before the night is over: Who did it?

And when the mystery is solved, we’re not done. We’ll keep the night going with our Halloween After Party until 11 p.m.

Come dressed for Halloween. Bring your spouse, your friends or your crew and get ready for a night of mystery, laughter and purpose.

We’re honored to see In the Huddle with Chris Howell featured as today’s lead story by Texas Metro News.

“Be Seen and Be Screened.”

That message from Michael Stewart, President of Methodist Southwest Medical Center, became one of the defining themes of Saturday’s In the Huddle with Chris Howell.

Men didn’t just listen to physicians talk about preventive health. They asked questions. They participated in screenings.

They had candid conversations about the health issues men too often put off. And some left having taken the next step toward seeing a physician.

That is what we hoped In the Huddle would create: a space where conversation could lead to action.

The day also included candid discussions about financial wellness, identity, purpose and legacy, because showing up well means taking responsibility for the whole man.

We are grateful to Methodist Southwest Medical Center for partnering with the Chris Howell Foundation to bring this experience to North Texas men, and to H-E-B, Ray Orr Enterprises and Frost Bank for investing in the men and families we serve.

Thank you to every physician, financial professional, speaker, volunteer and community partner who poured into the men in the room. Most importantly, thank you to the men who showed up ready to listen, ask questions and take action.

The Huddle doesn’t end when the event does.

Every man goes through seasons of transition.

Sometimes it's a new career.

Sometimes it's becoming a husband or father.

Sometimes it's learning who you are after one chapter of life ends and another begins.

That's one of the reasons I'm looking forward to sitting down with Jeff Allen this Saturday at In the Huddle.

Jeff's story extends far beyond football. It's a story about navigating change, embracing new opportunities, and continuing
to grow long after one season has ended.
