Our students had so much fun celebrating Hispanic culture and traditions throughout the week! One day, they enjoyed delicious sweet bread from, La Esperanza Bakery and another day, they had a blast playing Lotería with friends. ❤️
It was a wonderful week filled with culture, community, laughter, and lots of fun! ¡Qué divertido! 🎉

A couple days late, but definitely worth celebrating. ❤️

For National Instructional Coaches Day, we’re celebrating the people behind the scenes who work every day to make a difference in teaching and learning at The Dalton Academy.

Our Instructional Support Team—Caitlin Tidwell, Brandi Bethune, and Julia Cagle—works alongside our teachers and students to strengthen Tier I instruction across our classrooms.

While each brings a different area of expertise and perspective, the goal is the same: support teachers, strengthen instruction, and increase the impact of learning for every student.

From planning and coaching to analyzing data, supporting students, collaborating with teachers, and helping turn instructional ideas into classroom practice, this team is committed to making great instruction even stronger.
We’re lucky to have people who believe that when we invest in teachers, students benefit.

What an incredible day at Puma Palooza! 🐾✨

From bouncing on inflatables and leveling up in the game truck to cheering on the soccer tournament and dunking our favorite teachers in the dunk tank—our campus was buzzing with energy! A huge shoutout to our talented current and former student entrepreneurs who showed out with their local businesses, and to the food trucks that kept us fueled through the event. Most importantly, thanks to your support, we raised big funds for Prom 2027!

A MASSIVE thank you to everyone who made this event possible: our hard-working Student Council, dedicated coaches, student-athletes, administration, and staff who put in endless hours behind the scenes. We couldn't have pulled this off without our amazing Puma community! 🖤

You made it! Enjoy a well-deserved break starting Thursday, October 8th through Tuesday, October 13th.

🚫 No School: Oct. 8 – Oct. 13
🏫 Classes Resume: Wednesday, October 14th

Take time to relax, recharge, and catch up on rest. Have a fun and safe long weekend, and we’ll see you back on campus next Wednesday!

Little faces. Big possibilities. 🤍

There’s something pretty special about preschool at The Dalton Academy.

Our on-site preschool gives our Early Childhood Education students the opportunity to learn by doing—planning activities, creating learning experiences, practicing classroom routines, and building real relationships with young children.

And while our preschoolers are learning, our TDA students are learning what it means to teach, lead, communicate, problem-solve, and care for others.
It’s one of the many things that makes TDA different: real experiences, real responsibility, and real opportunities to grow.

And honestly? We think these little ones make TDA a whole lot brighter. 🐾❤️

What an incredible turnout at the Park Creek School - Serving, Learning, Leading Fall Bash! 🍂🎉 It was wonderful seeing so many of our Puma families and Park Creek families coming together—reminding us just how strong and connected our community really is!

A huge thank you to everyone who made our Title I Math & Science Night such a success:
📣 TDA Cheerleaders for bringing the energy with a fantastic performance!
🎖️ JROTC Cadets & Student-Athletes for serving and volunteering throughout the evening.
🔬📐 Math & Science Teachers for facilitating hands-on, interactive STEM activities that made learning fun for future Pumas!
