✨ What a night at Dancing with the Murray Stars! ✨

We are so proud of Jessica Carnes for representing United Way of Northwest Georgia on the dance floor tonight at the Murray County Chamber of Commerce’s annual fundraiser! 💃🕺

With more than $61,000 raised by all 9 Stars to benefit local nonprofits, it was a fun and glamorous evening celebrating the incredible generosity and impact happening throughout Murray County. ❤️

A special thank you to everyone who donated, cheered them on, and gave to Jessica’s campaign in support of United Way of Northwest Georgia. We are so grateful for your support! ❤️

Last night, we were in Downtown Dalton surrounded by an incredible community ready to kick off another year of impact across Northwest Georgia!�
During our 2026 Campaign Kickoff, Campaign Co-Chairs Dave and Sara Pennington joined our Campaign Cabinet, Board of Directors, partners, volunteers, and friends to unveil our goal for the year ahead: impacting 45,000 lives across Whitfield and Murray counties.�
Every presentation. Every workplace campaign. Every volunteer. Every donor. Every partner. It all adds up to lives changed right here at home. ❤️�
And, of course, we couldn’t kick off campaign without a little friendly competition! 🚲💨

✨Mohawk Moments✨

From workplace presentations and Impact Tours to meaningful moments of connection, there has been so much to celebrate with our friends at Mohawk Industries this campaign season!

During a recent Impact Tour at Carter Hope Recovery Center, the Mohawk team asked a simple but powerful question: What’s a need we can meet for you?

Just a few days later, Mohawk delivered welcome mats made right here in Northwest Georgia for residents to use in their spaces, helping make them feel a little more like home. 🏠

That’s what happens when we connect people with the needs of our community. A conversation becomes an idea, an idea becomes action, and action becomes impact.

And a BIG shoutout to our United Way campaign team! From early-morning presentations to evening shifts, they are putting in countless hours sharing the United Way story with Mohawk facilities across Whitfield and Murray counties. We are so grateful for their energy, dedication, and commitment to making every moment count.
