Our next Woodland Adventure is scheduled for tomorrow this Saturday at noon! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous lately so come enjoy this ladt bit of Summer weather in October. Tomorrow we will venture out on the Lee Hill trail at the Lackawanna State Park. It is a liop trail that is roughly 2 miles long and takes about an hour to complete! It is hunting season so please wear some orange for safety. Let me know if you intend to attend our Woodland Adventure just so I have a head count. 🥰🍄🍂🍁🌳🌲❤️

We have some rain again in the forecast for this Saturday as well as heavy winds on Sunday which are both not good conditions for being in the woods so this weekends hike will be postponed until next weekend. Please stay tuned for our next Woodland Adventure!!🥰🌿🌲🌳🍁🍄

We completed our North Woods Trail hike today! We had a lot of rain lately so the trail was a bit muddy but it was a beautiful walk in the woods! Lots of sunshine to be enjoyed and a couple rain showers but no worries the trees of the forest were our umbrella. We even found a little lions mane mushroom. Thank you all so much for coming. It was a pleasure meeting you Zoey and thank you Scott so much for collecting trash along the way. I had so much fun on our Woodland Adventure. Grateful to share such a beautiful experience with beautiful souls in the beautiful woodlands in our local forests! Stay tuned for the next one. Hope you all can join us next time. Everyone is always including your pooches!

We have heavy rain in the forecast this Saturday so this weekends hike will take place this Sunday at 1:00pm at the North Woods Trail at the Lackawanna State Park! This hike is a 4.4 mile out and back hike and takes about an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Allow yourself more time to complete the trail as I want everyone to enjoy as much of the experience as possible. So if anyone wants to stop for any reason just let me know. Its always wonderful to see everyone enjoying their surroundings looking at everything from wildlife to mushrooms 😊🍄 I highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes made for terrain consisting of mud, rocks and roots. Everyone is welcome including your pooches! Please let me know if you intend to attend our Woodland Adventure so I can have a head count. Look forward to seeing you all and hope to meet some new faces 🥰🍄🌲🌳

Another beautiful hike today! Thank you all so much for coming. It was so nice to meet you Loren, Mike and Sarah. We hit a little rain along the way but overall it was nice. We completed 4.6 miles at the Meadowsweet Preserve and Abington Quarry Ridge trail. So many mushrooms along the way. A lot of the leaves have fallen already so it wasn't as colorful as I hoped but still absolutely beautiful just the same 🥰 Stay tuned for another Woodland Adventure next weekend!Hope you all can join us again and new adventurers and hikers are always welcome 😊🍁🍄🌿🌳🌲
