We're proud to share that New Hope Middle has been recognized by the Georgia Department of Education as a 2025-2026 Beating the Odds School!

The Beating the Odds designation recognizes schools that outperform expectations when compared to schools with similar student populations. The analysis considers factors such as student poverty, the percentage of students with disabilities, English learners, student mobility, enrollment, and other demographic characteristics to identify schools achieving exceptional academic results.

This recognition reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, staff, and families. Thank you for your continued support in helping every Kodiak succeed.

*Bus riders are dismissed at 3:25pm. Car riders will be dismissed as soon as bus riders are loaded onto their buses.
*All parents picking up children at school should arrive and get in the car rider line no later than 3:40pm (unless the child is involved in an afterschool activity).
*New Hope Middle does not provide afterschool care. It is not appropriate for students to be left at school after 4:00pm. Students should not be left waiting at school for parents for non-emergency situations.
*Girls Pickup Location: Picked up at the awning area (blue loading zone on map). Pull in and stay to the right.
*Boys Pickup Location: Picked up beside the gym (orange loading zone on map). Pull in and stay to the left of the traffic island.
*Please follow directions given by faculty members on duty.

Morning Car Rider Drop-off Instructions

*Parents should enter the campus using the access road between New Hope Elementary and New Hope Middle, located between the baseball/softball field and the elementary school.
*Student drop-off begins at the awning-covered walkway starting at 7:00 AM.
*Do not use the middle driveway. It is strictly reserved for bus traffic.
*Use the designated car rider area for drop-off until 7:55 AM.
*After 7:55 AM, drop students off at the front entrance.
*After 8:00 AM, students are considered tardy and must sign in at the front desk inside the main entrance.

All students eat FREE for the 2026-2027 School Year!

All students will receive free breakfast and lunch meals during the 2026-2027 school year. Our district has met the requirements to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision, eliminating the need for household free & reduced meal applications.
