19 new OC Lifeguards just graduated the Academy and are already getting after it.
They hit the beach during a run of pumping surf and summer crowds, and have already made several great rescues in their first week on the job.

Today OC Lifeguard Supervisors Ryan and Christian got the opportunity to participate in Career day at elementary school!

Students learned all about ocean safety, beach hazards, and what it takes to be an ocean lifeguard. It’s always great to see the next generation getting excited about staying safe at the beach.
