Stokes County Links Independent Living assistance for youth who were in foster care Can help youth who were in foster care with:
1. Economic Self – Sufficiency
2.

Safe and Stable Housing
3. Academic or vocational achievement
4. Connections to a personal support network
5. Avoidance of High Risk Behaviors
6. Postponed Parenthood
7. Access to needed Health Care not covered by Medicaid / Health Insurance

The Stokes LINKS program had three graduates in June 2012, all from West Stokes High School. We are so proud of all of you and wish you well in the future.

We at Stokes County LINKS would like to congratulate our graduates of 2011. We had 4 students graduate from their high schools and 2 complete their GED. For confidentiality reasons we cannot share their names, but we are all very proud of their accomplishments. Best of luck in the future for them all!
