Tarrywile celebrated in style on Saturday, October 17th, as we gathered for our Harvest Dinner to honor two outstanding community members who have given so much to Tarrywile Park and Mansion — Michael Marcus and Ed Prybylski!

Michael is a respected business leader, dedicated community volunteer, and lifelong advocate for charitable and civic organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Tarrywile Park Authority Board, Candlewood Valley Regional Land Trust, and the Association of Religious Communities, among others. His commitment to our community has made a lasting impact!

Ed grew up on the family farm across the street from Tarrywile Farm, and spent countless hours skiing, sledding, and hiking in the woods. As a teenager, he even worked for Bill Parks on the Tarrywile Farm! Through his businesses, Countryside Builders and Countryside Landscape & Tree, Ed brought his expertise to trail development and has continued to help maintain Tarrywile's trails throughout the years. Today, he serves on both the Tarrywile Park Authority Board and the Danbury Conservation Commission.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this evening a success. Special thanks to the Mayor and his staff, and the legislative members who serve Danbury for recognizing our two honorees.
