📚✨ THE LIBRARY IS MORE THAN JUST BOOKS! ✨📚

The North Stokes Library is becoming a place to read, relax, connect, and have a little fun! 💚

Today, students took a break from the hustle and bustle of the school day to enjoy some friendly competition, work on puzzles, and spend time in a space designed just for them. 🧩🎲📖

Whether you're looking for your next great book, want to challenge a friend to a game, or just need a quiet place to unwind, there’s always something happening in the library!

And yes… sometimes you may even find students getting very serious about a puzzle. 😂🧩

🍫✨ FOODS 1: FUDGE BALL FUN! ✨🍫

Things got a little sweet and a whole lot of hands-on in Foods 1! Our students put their culinary skills to work making delicious Fudge Balls! 😋

But this activity was about more than just chocolate! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Students practiced:

🥄 Measuring ingredients accurately
🍫 Learning how ingredients work together to create the right taste and texture
🧤 Practicing proper food safety and sanitation
🔄 Following a recipe and working through each step in the correct order
🤝 Teamwork and kitchen skills while creating a tasty finished product!

The best part? They got to enjoy the results of their hard work! 🎉🍫

Who knew learning could be this delicious? Great job, Foods 1! 💚

🌅💚 SENIOR SUNRISE 2026! 💚🌅

There’s something special about starting the school day together—and our seniors did just that! ☀️

On Friday, August 21, at 6:30 AM, our seniors gathered on the North Stokes football field for Senior Sunrise, kicking off their final year with plenty of laughter, games, friendship, and school spirit. 🏈💚

From playing games on the track to gathering under the colorful parachute, these students made memories that will last long after the sun came up. 🌅🎉

Senior year is officially underway, Vikings! Enjoy every moment, make every memory count, and remember just how quickly this year will fly by.

What better way to welcome students back than with a little creativity, school spirit, and Viking pride?

Our talented students, along with Ms. Sapp, put their artistic skills to work painting the North Stokes Rock! 🖌️🎨 From sketching the design to adding the finishing touches, these students showed creativity, teamwork, patience, and pride in their school.

The finished rock is a true reflection of what it means to be a North Stokes Viking — bold, creative, and proud! 💚💛

A huge thank you to Ms. Sapp and our amazing student artists for taking the time to create something special for our school community. We love seeing our students use their talents to make North Stokes a place they can be proud to call home!
