💙 A HUGE thank you to Lowe’s and Haley Croxdale for partnering with Ms. Mary Collins and the 4th grade students at Piedmont Elementary to provide each of our students with their very own birdhouse to build! 🔨🏡
Our students have been reading informational texts about observing birds and other animals in their natural environments, as well as learning about the importance of protecting and conserving animal habitats. 🌳🐦
This generous donation gives our students the opportunity to take what they’ve learned from the pages of their books and put it into action through hands-on, meaningful learning. They’ll be building, creating, observing, and making connections between reading, science, and the world around them.
We are so grateful to Lowe’s and Haley for investing in our students and helping us make learning come alive beyond the classroom walls!
