We would be honored to have you join us as Salisbury celebrates America’s 250th Birthday on THIS Sunday, September 20th!

Our Veterans will serve as Grand Marshals, and Horses Healing Hearts & Lazy J Ranch are honored to provide a special float so that Veterans who would like to ride can be part of this historic celebration.

Prefer to walk alongside us? Absolutely. Want to use a scooter or mobility device? Please do. Already participating with another organization? That’s wonderful too.

There is no right or wrong way to participate. We simply want you there — honored, comfortable, and celebrated. ❤️🤍💙

The Iraq & Afghanistan Dog Tag Memorial is coming to Billerica this October.

This powerful traveling memorial honors the men and women who lost their lives while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, with thousands of individual dog tags coming together to form the American flag.
The memorial will be on display at the Billerica Elks from October 10–12, 2026, and will remain open for viewing 24 hours a day from setup through takedown.

We invite the community to stop by, reflect, and help us honor their service and remember their names. Thank you Billerica Veterans Services for bringing this opportunity to Billerica

Today we remember  September 11, 2001. There were so many heroes that day. Too many to name individually. The FDNY, NYPD, paramedics, and all the other first responders along with everyday civilians who ran into those towers to try to rescue people. The unarmed DC Air National Guard  looking for the last hijacked plane flight 93 and the civilians aboard that flight that sacrificed themselves to stop the hijackers from reaching Washington. The flight attendants  who calmly relayed crucial information. All of the boats that took part of Operation boat lift getting 300,000 to 500,000 people off the island of Manhattan safely. The Search and Rescue Dogs and their handlers. And lastly every American who came together on that day and the days that followed to help in whatever way they could. September 11, 2001 was one of the worst days for our country, yet September 12, 2001 was on the best. Our country came together as one. American Flags were flown proudly everywhere! Let’s all mourn those lost, celebrate the heroes and pray for a return to the days of unity, and never forget. God Bless America🇺🇸
