π§ β€ Mindfulness is a GREAT coping skill to practice, especially when you feel dysregulated, but mindfulness doesn't always mean meditating.
Some days, mindfulness is sitting quietly with your favorite drink. Other days it can be noticing your thoughts and taking a pause. Mindfulness may even mean doing something you enjoy like reading a book or listening to music.
Choose your version of mindfulness the next time you notice yourself needing a break.
