Mindfulness is when you are being present in the moment. It is noticing what you're doing or how you're feeling right now.

When we practice mindfulness, we are able to regulate our nervous system, process emotions, and improve focus and concentration.

Make a difference in a survivors life. 🩷

Our volunteers are sometimes the first to respond to a survivor disclosing a sexual assault and looking for help. We are always looking for compassionate, empathetic, and supportive individuals to join our team as a volunteer.

Become a volunteer to help respond to hotline calls and represent SRC in the community at outreach and awareness events.

We have good news! September 5, 2026 is the new date. We know it's Labor Day weekend and we hope to be part of your labor day celebrations! Times will stay the same.

4 pm Opening ceremony
5 pm Game 1
Fireworks to follow the end of game 3

Please share and get the word out. Soon we will be posting some Cubs tickets and Colts pregame tickets that will be raffled off before the event due to the reschedule.

Well the rain spoiled the fun for today but stay tuned for a new date! 🥎 🚔 🚒

Unfortunately, the rain was too much and has forced us to postpone the game. We do not have a make-up date yet but will make sure to update this page and are thinking in the next couple of weeks. Sorry for the bad news but mother nature has won today.
