🧠 ❀ Mindfulness is a GREAT coping skill to practice, especially when you feel dysregulated, but mindfulness doesn't always mean meditating.

Some days, mindfulness is sitting quietly with your favorite drink. Other days it can be noticing your thoughts and taking a pause. Mindfulness may even mean doing something you enjoy like reading a book or listening to music.

Choose your version of mindfulness the next time you notice yourself needing a break.

πŸ‘• These t-shirts are part of a movement.

You may have seen these t-shirts hanging at Walk a Mile in Her Shoes last month. These t-shirts represent the voices of those who are victims and survivors of sexual assault. Each t-shirt represents one person, one story, one life.

We display this clothesline to help spread awareness that sexual assault is a real issue.

Help us stop sexual assault by teaching children about body safety, internet safety, dating safety and teach each other that love shouldn't hurt, no means no, consent is mandatory.
