🚨 EXCITING NEWS FOR BOONE COUNTY! 🚨We are thrilled to announce that the Boone County Quick Response Team (QRT) has officially been selected as a grant recipient in the amount of $28,000 through the Pallottine Foundation of Huntington 2026 Healthy Communities Initiative! We are incredibly grateful to the Pallottine Foundation of Huntington for investing in our team and standing alongside us to offer continued support to individuals and families throughout our community.

We had a Women's Wellness Luncheon sponsored by Wellpoint yesterday. Lady Viars from BMH gave each participant an automatic blood pressure kit and trained them on how to use it. Samantha Shawley-Brzoska spoke to the ladies about various programs available at BMH to Community members. Kathy Hill, the Health Officer for the Boone County Health Dept. spoke about life after retirement and the next chapter. Thank you to all the vendors, speakers, staff members, and volunteers.
