The Indiana Immunization Coalition is hosting a vaccine clinic. If you have, or know, a child who needs their immunizations updated please pass this along! Registration is requested so the IIC can plan for vaccines accordingly.
The registration link for the immunization clinic is https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration and enrollment code IN65942. Families can pre-register using this link. They will click on the link, enter the enrollment code, and then select MADE Plainfield – 9/8/26.
